Consistent Conditions Poem by Dwayne Gordon

Consistent Conditions

Consistent conditions, I know that you hear me
You tell me you love me, with hate you repay me
All by myself, you left me to be lonely
Horrible! !
Might as well you just stone me

Bad air what I breathe, when you’re not around me
I can’t even swim; this ocean might drown me
Deep in my mind, circus clowns always laughing
Saying its time, to lie in your coffin

I will not give up, for you I will fight
All through the day, night after night
When all this is over, the war I will win
Most tendering moments we’ll share from within.
