Cost Of Ideology Poem by Binu Mathew

Cost Of Ideology

Without the usual fuss with friends,
Or any heated exchange,
The debate within ended,
To my heart's content,
While earlier ones, clad in ideology,
Drove all friends away,
Leaving me stranded on,
A solitary island of my own creed!
