Could this be life
With births and deaths
Oscillating in great strife
Seasoning life with insipid breaths

Could this be life
With unprecedented hearts
Making cuts like knife
On indiscriminate souls and paths

Could this be life
With world-carrying mortals
Ignoring this worn body of life
Filling their bursting mortals

Could this be life
With conflicting cultures and interests
With Vibrant, ailing, dieing men without rests
Could this be life
With a market of walking shadows
