Cover Your Heads Poem by greg richardson

Cover Your Heads

A night rain
drenches the land
Its clouds
linger in the West
and travel East
When droplets fall
flowers of hopelessness grow
Cover yourselves
fellow man
let the showers of death
not land on your head.
