Covered In The Chill Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

Covered In The Chill

Covered in the
Chill
Yet
Not covered by the
Snows
The bent figure in
The blue streets
Few
Of the village
For shelter by each house
Passes with
Teeth chattering
He sees but with a stick
He walks
He walks the night
All sleep and dream
Except the moon
The stars
The storm
The night
