Covid Nineteen Poem by Allan James Saywell

Covid Nineteen

Rating: 5.0

The sound of silence
Came down like a blanket of pain
His world as he knew it
Was just a memory
That had no home
He became used to being alone
Living with isolation
Has no friends
All his dreams
Were dreams that past
His future would fade like his past
The border became a wall
His home became a prison
The prison became his home
He was all alone
