Covid Poem by Padmalochan Ray

Covid

Oh Million Murdering Death!
How long can you gallop?
Don't you see the Life,
Striding brave to fight.

See its arms and ammunition:
Millions of masks and gloves,
With quarantine and vaccination,
On confinement and isolation,
Yelling to stop your marauding spree.

Oh Million Murdering Death!
How dare you win
A war with the Mankind,
when Life stands at the beginning
and you're at the end.
