Culture studies,
Why to study it
And how can it help
The students of literature?

If the Europeans have an archetype
Of their own
So have peoples of different climes and locations
With their own myths and motifs,
Indigenous and racial

And these reflect upon the thought-patterns
Of the people,
The faith and belief
As the locale too is important
While perusing the cultural history.

The linguistic pattern, the social set-up,
The mind and mentality of the men,
The races coming from
With their living styles,
Thinking and geographic location.

Culture studies,
How to undermine it if have to
Understand the equations
Socially, politically, historically, linguistically,
What their heritage, legacy of thought,
Lineage, heredity?

If we know it their history,
Art and culture, thought and tradition,
Myth and mysticism, religion and spirituality,
Historiography and museumology,
How to take to, take to into consideration literally?
