Cursed Kite Poem by Michael Ordia

Cursed Kite

Rating: 4.0

Through the rough roads and scary nights
We're like monsters when we fight.
We're dumb but speak through our hearts.
We conquer all darkness and ignite.
Love is crooked like a path.
Sometimes crossroads, which one is right?
Sometimes ego visits and tries to bite.
If we let it through with keys to our heart
We would always be like a kite
Tied to earth, cursed never to touch the stars.
