Cutting Edge Of Crystal Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

Cutting Edge Of Crystal

Blinding light
Just in a
Fading twilight
A heart that falls
Yet rises to
The nocturnal heavens
For the taste of immensity.
I will not protect you more
You acerb goblin
Too long, too long
I heard you
Hum a song
Though garlanded with green
You hop the lawn with wine
And nymphs
Night after night
