Dark agents lurk in
The shadows waiting to prey
On their next victims,
Behind their computer screens.
Covert or overt?
Insider or outsider?
Everything seems to
Sink into an abyss that
Mocks humanity.
There are now millions of codes
For all occasions,
Hackers feed on this data
Like rabid dogs pick
At the bones of a carcass.
Cyber crime persists
In virtual realms.
It grows exponentially
Every year it seems;
Too many missing centres
Of order in our
Chaotic societies.
Viruses now breed
Like a murderous disease.
