Cymer Poem by ANTHONY KIRUI

Cymer

Your excommunication makes me sad,
Because I always believed on making you glad,
But I am the one to blame and deserve to be called bad,
That I look more of a lad,
I feel today I have lost more rad,
Hence making me feel mad,
And I resemble a small tad,
My dreams have sunk into the sea as I wad,
I will no longer be your offspring dad,

Today I am in a mood melancholic,
That I resemble an alcoholic,
That I move in a motion of parabolic,
In my body today there is no metabolic,
And my heart is not beating anymore and there's no systolic,
Very soon I may be a Catholic,
To pray to the Almighty to bring you back to me as a love symbolic,
I will always search for you like a workaholic,
