I look back at the way I used to be and I don’t miss that person at all,
I wouldn’t let anyone get close to me but you tore down that wall.
The way you call me beautiful and look at me sends shivers down my spine,
I can’t quite figure out exactly what I did to deserve to call you mine.
I love how you can make me laugh with just one simple look,
Or put up with my bad side when I’m angry or being a sook.
I keep waiting for you to change your mind or decide
I’m not worth it anymore,
But every day I’m more and more convinced you won’t walk out that door.
To walk away from what we have is not something that I would choose,
I’m scared though cos when everything is perfect that’s when you have something to lose.
When I say that I’ve never been this happy, nothing could be more true,
And just in case you didn’t know, I’m completely in love with you.
