Dance Of Romance Poem by LaShisna Bridges

Dance Of Romance

Sitting here thinking, listening, and wondering…
Sitting here imagining and trying to find the smell, the dance...
An unforgettable beginning of a revolving reminder…
A vivid picture that can capture the essence of time in between time
The beginning was innocent, a blush of powder sugar, and falling white soft feathers…
The middle was fire that smothered you, twirling winds that were contagious and free…
I lift my arms and breathe all of the innocent, sweet, soft, and hot wind in me freely.
On top of a mountain that made my worries commit suicide…
The end was a shower of romance…
A bed a pink soft romance to slumber in…
A delicate blanket of a thousand kisses that surrounded me with your smell
A whisper of lavender wisteria that broke free and flew with the wind, looked backed, and kissed the past goodbye
