Danielle's Journey Poem by Cory Fox

Danielle's Journey

With clue in hand, Danielle drove
But where shall she go?

Ordovician above
Precambrian below
The era between
Is the AVENUE to go

And there Danielle went
But where shall she look?

Facing the shipyard, she found a sign
'East and West on 304'
But when she looked behind
She found what she's looking for

But another challenge faced Danielle
What name will end the journey?

The student whose work broke down walls
That primal oceans where proteins crowd
Let life arise where blind chance falls
And Dr. Urey was very proud

But Danielle's journey is not yet done
For the journey's end marks a life begun
