Dark Cloud Poem by Ethan Schaff

Dark Cloud

The fogged up world
Shrouded by greed and self desire.
The only place safe,
On a peak no one can reach.
All hidden places
Will be reaching a given soon
The only outcome of hope
Diminished and star gazed
An omen of good as clear
When the dove flies higher,
Higher than the crow in a storm.
This is a chronicle of birth and reluctant death.
