Dark Poetry- My Curse Poem by Kieran J1996

im crying alone,
alone in the dark,
nothing but the silence,
my only companion,
is the pain,
a shadowed darkness,
Deep within my heart,
following me
haunting me,
but what can i do,
the pain is deep,
i cannot erase it,
nor dim it,
nor even ignore it,
there is no help,
no light in the darkness,
ive lost everything,
my heart,
my soul,
even my mind,
never able to think,
of anything else,
always on im,
my mind twisting,
turning,
spinning out of cntrol,
it only causes me pain,
but i cannot stop it,
it is always there,
such is the curse,
the painful curse,
of being me...
