Dark Rays



These last few times,
Have been dark,
Like a seed in black soil,
Emerging into bark.

Light can always be found,
Even behind your eyes,
Places you thought to be so black.
Are pulsing with life.

Look beyond eclipses,
Seek between the clouds.
The sun is always there,
Even when the sky is in doubt.
