Dawn Break Poem by Barry Kavanagh

Dawn Break

The night grew long, I longed for you
Tears I cried, I cried for you
Dew to rise, my Summer Sun
My star of stars, my sparkle Sol
A Carbon breath in sleep I blow
Scene set, serene set
Go!
"Break into rise"
A Face to you unfolds
Lift me up
Up so high!
Break me, into smiles
You are my Dawn Break
My Summer glow
Sink into my roots so slow
Feed me the food, that food of you
A growing love, is the love of you
Scan the sky, I scan for you
Your flower friend, feels for you
Reaching so high!
Reaching, to you
My Summer Sun
I smile for you
Because
Everything, I O2 you
Bow my head, I bow to you
And my falling petals
Fall
For you.
You are my dawn break
My summer glow
Scene set, serene set, gO..
