Day And Night, Some Unseen Hand Poem by Mohammad Younus

Day And Night, Some Unseen Hand

**Ethereal Harmonies**

Day and night, an unseen hand
strums the strings of the unseen—
From beyond time and space,
its sound waves brush my ears,
my eyes,
even the air hums in resonance.

A tender murmur from distant realms—
I cannot decipher it.
I only surrender,
a lamb to the shepherd's flute,
grazing in an endless meadow.

When did the first note awaken?
In the heart of the void,
a cipher, softly sent,
unveiling mysteries untold.

No composer ever 'created' music.
No genius ever 'made' it.
They simply attuned their ears to meaning,
listening humbly to silence—
the silence that has always been.
