Day Bye Day - Poem by Edwin Baldwin

Old hands pay
New ones too
Time ticks away
For me and you

Live for today
Die for tomorrow
Time ticks away
Hurt and sorrow

Day by day
Minute by minute
Time ticks away
Dreams within it

Nothing to say
Nothing to do
Time ticks away
Till we're through

Perhaps no one has pointed out that bye means farewell. (Report) Reply
