Days Like These Poem by bree nada

its days like these
when the sun is out
but the wind is frozen
its days like these that i miss you the most
this winter wind reminds me of the days when all was well
i haven't sat down and written a poem in quiet some time
and i wondered why this was
and then i though,
maybe im finally getting over you
maybe time has run its course
these feelings are now remote
but its days liek these where i find myself asking
why didnt tis work out?
where did i go wrong?
but then again,
life goes on
and people move on as well
this was my time to live and learn
and that is something i have done
time has passed,
the wind has helped my scars heal
but then days like these come by
and make me miss you all over again
