Dead Diary Poem by Danny, James Archer

Dead Diary

Rating: 5.0

I have to placid of a temperament, not fiery like others.
I can’t see why there’s such a need to prove one’s self,
I know my limits, I know where I want to be, how I want to be.
What more do you want?

I’m not going to write this how you want to read it,
just how I think it need’s to be penned. I’m selfish.
And yet my friend’s I just cannot bring myself to care.
Apologies, I’ll save them for a more justifiable occasion,
maybe then a simply sorry will mean something.

Actions speak louder than words. Nope,
you’re just using the wrong ones.
The right words in the right order
will make the right sentence for any occasion.
I am the least truthful person in the world, yet the most honest.
