Dear Best Friend, - Poem by angie lampkin
dear best friend, I hope you haven't forgotten me.
because I haven't forgotten about you.
dear best friend, what has happened to us.
is our friendship really through?
dear best friend, do you miss hanging out?
I miss us making jokes and laughing together.
dear best friend, do you miss the good old days
I hope that you can remember them and they aren't a blur.
dear best friend, who do you talk to when you need help
because its like you don't even think to talk to me.
dear best friend, dont ever forgot that im always there
you'll need me one day you'll see.
dear best friend, never forget that i love you
and you will always have a place in my heart.
dear friend, you dont know how much you helped me
and that's really great on your part.
dear best friend, i could keep this going for days
and you wouldn't get sick of it by then would you?
dear best friend, we have a bond that no one can break
its like we are to things being stuck together by glue.
dear best friend, i hope is well with you
and you give me a call sometime.
dear best friend, its time for me to go
because i dont have nothing else to rhyme.
