Daddy, I love you so.
And I want you to know,
Before you read this little poem
You will always have a home.
Never forget our laughs and smiles,
And all those times we walked for miles;
Talking about nothing and happy to do so.
A time when I felt so little woe.
Way back when we would hang out,
But that was before you started to shout.
We would goof off and joke,
But that was before I was choked.
Hurting inside and I will never show,
And I’m watching it snow,
As I listen to music to forget my trouble.
Remember in softball when I hit my first double?
You were so proud and so strong.
That has been forgotten for so long.
You turned around and met this woman,
You turned your back on us to sin.
I knew long before you said,
I never knew I could feel so dead.
And now your gone and I hear them cry.
Why do you make me want to die? !
Dad, your mother’s crying can you hear?
She said she’s sorry and her thoughts are near.
Daddy, I love you,
So come back and please be true.

I would like to translate this poem
So thoughtful and honorable of you. He would have to be touched by such sincerity. Be encouraged to keep opening up.
