I never thought I'd meet you
Or someone like you
You
With your imperfection and beautiful words
You
With your kind heart and loving touch
I'll write stories for years on about us
And even if there never is an 'us'
It feels as such
I wrote a letter to the sky
That letter saying maybe one day you'll get to kiss me
Maybe we'll grow old and I can wake up to your voice saying...'Goodmorning love.'
Or maybe we can travel to the Ifal Tower
And take pictures with the happiest smiles upon our faces
I can never say this all to you
You wouldn't believe me
And maybe I'm too young to know what true love is
Or maybe I've never felt this way before
So now I understand
I feel it
If this is all a dream I never want to wake up
I want to be right by your side
Neosporin urts at first
But soon enough the pain goes away
It stings to admit it now
But with time it wont bother me so much to say
I love you.
