Silent Screams Poem by La'Quam Easter

Silent Screams

Rating: 5.0

Do you miss me like I miss you?
I highly doubt it
Im just an old broken record, but Im never stopping
I wont stop until you feel me
And even if you dont feel me, feel me
Understand where Im coming from
I know we're young, and you just want to have fun
But I see beyond this
Not that im rushing our time
This is the 'greatest time of our lives'
I would never waste it
But we're both mature here
We know the feelings that we have, we can no longer hide them
I trusted you, I loved you
But it was all a love game to you
My silent screams?
No one hears them
Nor do they understand
Only you, but now you're gone
You don't care anymore
You've pushed me away
You've pushed me to work harder
Work harder to get you back
You and the rest will regret ever leaving me
