Dear God
Sometimes I don't feel that burn for you
Like I did when I let you in
I don't know what happened
Maybe it was the hate from others
That knocked me from the path
But I do know I love you
And I wouldn't be who I am today
Without you guiding me all the way
I want to feel that fire inside
I want to jump for joy
Enter my heart
And make me whole
So I can be excited about your word again
