David Blair

Dear John - Poem by David Blair

I have to go
not to the shops
like most
other times.

I have to leave
to leave you
though I still
love you.

I need more-
more life.
I feel
so trapped.

Mother has
the kids.
Tell them I
love them

but oh
I don't know.
Goodbye.
