Dear Martyr Poem by ak47 shine

Dear Martyr

Rating: 2.8

No word so sacred
for those who will be discarded.
My dear ‘Martyr’ –
Die you will- but why I wonder.

Where are those who
promised to put fire in the bellies?
Where are those who
nurtured tales of distant victory.
-Future of revolutions buried them in history.

Remembering thousands
and thousands more -
-you and I can’t.
Neither can your leader.
What you benefit being a number.

Your grave will soon be flatten
to build fancy flats
for those made profit in your loss.
They will chuck your grace
and dig your grave for designer pools.

Therefore
prolong your war
Shoot me... shoot your brother… shoot anyone…
Discharge madness to find new strength.
My dead body is your weakness.
Because
The day of peace will end your glory.

Til you realise
Blast you will
Because
The day of peace will end your glory.

A poem, nice, a bit cruel imagery, touchy, as if true!
