Dearest Of Them All Poem by victoria driver

Dearest Of Them All

You came into my life and cared for me,
And loved me wholly till the day you died.
Then God came down to save and set you free,
But when you left I woke all night and cried.
I miss you more with every passing day,
Yet I must go on living my own life.
So many words I'll never get to say,
To you, my friend, a mother and a wife.
But I know in my heart you're watching me,
And with me as I go through day by day.
When we're together I'll be filled with glee,
But all U can do until then is pray.
But don't fret, we will see one another,
I love and miss you forever mother.
