Death Poem by Lely Atempa

Death

Death is no joke
Death is something i'm afraid of

It's saying goodbye to life

No one can hear the pain
No one knows what happened.

Your spirit watching over your love ones

Looking at every little thing they do
You're yelling but no one can hear you

You're trying to communicate with them
But they don't feel your presence.

That's death for you in all its glory

Death is evil
Death is making you disappear
Death is dark
Death is a person you don't want to play with

Everyone knows this, but we chose to ignore it

We play around with death like it's a toy
And that is something we have to think about twice.
