Death Of Pain Poem by Cat Hodgson

Death Of Pain

The numbness melts to
unrelenting pain.
The loneliness of loss
no one else can feel.
It is as individual as we.

You soul search
the what if's.
That never will be.
No one can come here with you.
You must journey here alone

There is  hope, In God.
When you are ready
He offers an out stretched hand..
Then brings you into His embrace..
Melting away the numbness

Then loving away the pain..

Psalm 23: 4
