Death's Lullaby Poem by Jesse Griffin

Death's Lullaby

Lullaby,
Say good night,
sleep in heavenly peace.
Stars so bright,
light the night.
We'll see you when moring comes.

Lullaby,
Close your eyes.
It's darkest before the dawn.
The old shall die,
and the young shall rise,
and life shall go on.
