Death's Other Brother Poem by Tony Adah

Death's Other Brother

Sleep, if thou art harbinger
Of death,
Don't come
If thou art his innocuous brother
Wait for me
If he doth drag my frail hands
I'll be no more
But if thou wait for me
Rise from my straw bed
I'll see the rising sun.
