Debate You It Not Now, Who Was A Slave Trader, Who An Egotist, Who Was A Racist?
Now they are not
And this is enough,
Had we born then,
You would have protested against
The keeping of slaves,
The facts of history exhume you it not
To be reburied,
To dig up the olden graves
Will not be so much good
As think you
It will engage you more
In reburying the dead.
