Decades Have Passed Poem by Kasturi Sinha

Decades Have Passed

Rating: 5.0

Decades have passed
My feeling for you
Is the same
Not forgotten the promises we made
Sharing laughter and tears,
As a partner, lover
And friend
Remember the warm smile
Of the face
Which stepped out of my dream
Giving a new hope
That you care for me still
Then why won't you will
Again hold me
In thy arms
And let the souls
And heart Embrace
Making this journey
A journey of completeness.

Kasturi, Not to forget, memories cut both ways—in good ways and bad ways. It seems you are a prisoner to your memories in some ways, and so cannot move on with your life.
