Kasturi Sinha Poems

"Miss me but let me go"
These were the words
Said by him
I turned my back
...

Some of the best part of her life
She has plucked and given you
Some of the most sorrowful tears of her
Eyes she has been shedding
...

Decades have passed
My feeling for you
Is the same
Not forgotten the promises we made
...

Where the world of lies rules
Hope and trust is rare
Here very cheaply available
Jealously, Violence, betrayal
...

Gone are those days
Flashback remains fresh
Ecstasy overwhelm me
When I come across the phase
...

Morning tea, like a sweet melody
Enthralls my heart
Minute by minute
Shutting and opening
...

I never believe in ceremonial formality
As there lies the sublime truth in eternity
We know these were words like ‘welcome'
And ‘farewell' fulfills the value of activity
...

Yesterday I saw him
At a dirty tea stall
Cursing his spiteful life
Today I am seeing him
...

Smiles and tears
Just like two fingers
Of the palm
One if encourages,
...

In the stormy grim night,
Where giant trees have lost their might,
The moon deviated from its way,
Yet you see a distant light!
...

Engrossing me he leads to new inception
All twenty-four by seven nights in contemplation
Morning engulfs in his adoration
It become difficult to conceive
...

Fraction of seconds
And it was over
Everything got vanished
Life became void
...

Last Night

"Miss me but let me go"
These were the words
Said by him
I turned my back
And left it all
But again turning back
Made a call
Ah! In the heavy cold night
I was left lone
Had I known before
He would be gone
I would have told him
I love him
Want to be his gal hereon
It's too hard to forget someone
Who gave you too much to remember
Too hard to leave someone
Whom you never thought to replace
To move on
Love has died!
I could not believe!
Went to him
Found him in relief
It was hard to see him like that
Yet I confessed my love
But his words made us depart
I bowed my head
Begged him saying
Don't do this to me
He said nothing
Made my last night
A dark night
Just leaving me

Kasturi Sinha Quotes

Those who dream for identity, they have their own tale of losses

Some dark truths can dig your grave before you die

Hope is a cloud that keeps on building till it rains

One thing that is common between me and silence is- We speak but no one perceives

Pleasing others can make you lose yourself

In life happiness is momentary, grab it before it leaves

Loneliness is beautiful when your intimacy is wordless

We feel lost when we overlook our mistakes and ponder upon what others did with us

With age we learn beauty does not have a befitting definition, it is we who define it with our shades of emotions

If you try to narrate right things in an awful situation, it will drop down to vice

When memories rain, tears find their way to hide

When your identity is lost, you start searching it even in scars of others

Let your pen obliterate my past

Graves aren't for dead, it is for those who die before death

When life turns sour, try to heap it with goodness of sweets

Butterflies remind me how wrestle can someday turn to real happiness

Life is really beautiful if we can know how to draw it

Give yourself sometime, things will fall in place instinctively

Silence helps when your words fail

Love that allows to rise is the best place to live in
