An unseeming tidal wave
Hits you on full force
Unannounced unnoticed therein
sucking out the life force within
Hidden carefully behind a veil
the devil in disguise awaits
late in the night the teardrops fall
succumbing towards the unreal
mystique fires yet prevailed
the agony spread across your soul
like two headed serpents entwined
they suffocate you mercilessly
yet the radiance beneath you
Shine out with all fugitive attempts
till the last breath passed through
and so you become a survivor against all odds
