Declaration Poem by Sally Plumb Plumb

Declaration

Rating: 5.0

You have a sinister tongue,
my guide.
You speak of dark things.
Of war and destruction
and sly flying wings
that spread country wide.
Casting like thunder
the hell at your side.

And you will breath fire
as light crosses the sky,
and many a thousand men will die,
if you go to war.

Women will cry
for the want to live.
Deep on their hearts
they will never forgive,
If you go to war.

Then cities will burn.
It's children, too.
Death will be placed
on the head of you.
If you go to war.
