Deep In The Trees Poem by Priscilla Kittie Kay

Deep In The Trees

</>I see you from afar, I gaze at your face,
Our eyes then meet, what a dark shade of red,
I'm stuck where I'm at, as you begin to walk,
Towards me, my god, what beauty and awe,
You take me to a place, deep in the trees,
You slowly lean down, and kiss my pink cheek,
We begin to make love, how lovely are we,
But that's when you strike, you puncture my throat,
The last things I see are roses and snow,
Where did you go, my vampire love,
Did you not know, I'd wanted this from the start?
