Definately, It's You Poem by Ellie Carr

Definately, It's You

Definately, its you
the object of my biggest transgression
Must gather my thoughts, pick up the remains of me
your best game, by far it had to be
so I let it free.
Looking back at your being, your heartless touch
undoubtedly, never meant to you much
Nonchanlantly, you captured hearts aplenty
mine just another piece to your collection
quite a treasure, under your possession.
Your dark stare and eloquence, so convincing
never again, must never trust
your frigid soul charged with a hunger
for only riches and lust
a misfortune to many
to I, my demise
slowly opened my eyes.
It's time to go
may God forgive my sin,
for I was naive and didnt know.
