Your Truth Poem by Ellie Carr

Your Truth

Perhaps surrounded with doubt
you have searched for I
and a truth eager to find?
is that what you had in mind?
Your love dependent of a man you cant trust
all in all, turning into dust
refuse to accept that he plays with many
maybe today you see his wickedness inside
after you took what was once mine
still you believe his lies proudly and hard
after you laughed at my bleeding heart.
Now I dont mean to rub in your pain
when you both did to me, what you think you would gain?
and now how does he explain?
Movin on, my faith has set me free
of now your man's cruel love misery.
