It has happened
And it will happen
Without being asked
Without being told
The writing will be deleted-
Months years of work
Deleted
As if it never were
As if I never were-
And small and truly no consolation
In fact, greater trouble and pain
In the understanding
Of how much else will be deleted
In Time by Time
And not only by Time-
