fantasies and reality
mingled confusion
no clear resolution
searching for answers
without any questions
heavy breathing
sick of sinking
reach for air
uncertain knowledge
falling in fear

stop and listen

accept all the pain
fall under pressure
release all misconceptions
let warm tears fall
searching for answers
aware of the questions
fearing the outcomes
rise from the wreckage
take a deep breath
reach for knowledge
release all fears

pause and tell

ask for forgiveness
know what is real
find clarity
don't hold back
searching for answers
asking the questions
hold strong
stand tall
