Demos Versus Repubs Poem by Ruben Tover

Demos Versus Repubs

Romney versus Obama
Not an election for your mama.
I've heard many a convention,
Verbage not worth a mention.
In my lifetime, it hasn't mattered
My savings always get battered.
JFK death, forever changed my belief.
I've always worked, no need for relief.
From Eisenhower to Clintoon,
I will mention Bush, he was a Loon.
They Run to fill their purses,
I rhyme my political verses.
Politics, it's all about Money.
Result of voting, isn't it funny?
