Denial Of Temptation Poem by Garrett Richardson

Denial Of Temptation

A slight call from afar is tempting me
Like a whisper so sweet
Followed by an awful scream
I cannot ignore what I've always been
I'm falling apart once again

This urge isn't the first
And it won't be the last
I'm left hoping that it will soon pass
I've come this far so now I will say
I enjoy who I am so I am here to stay

Really Good, it's important for us to know who are we and where we want to go, we should know ourselves, then we can judge about others, well, all of us for sure will be faced with lots of temptation in our lives, it's important to not accept the one which put us in a awful condition, i really like this poem, so nice and enjoyable. Well done
