Depraved Child Poem by Andrew Tom

Depraved Child

Rating: 5.0

I was entangled through the chains of punishment
Which I believe do not deserve
Father battered me with lethal weapons
Bled from the mouths I mourned

Out of all that I have lost
My spirit grew smaller
There stands was a fearful face
Of the Devil he holds my soul

Like an amoeba
Generating without no remorse
Caged inside a prison cell
Rotting within my corpse

All I wanted to do
Was to dive off of a skyscraper
I wanted to fly
Until I can fly no more
