I really like this. It really describes what people go through on a daily basis. My friend suffers from depression so I know what it's like. I give it a 10! ! ! ! way da go

Theresa, the last stanza is a very good description of the pain. The truth in your poem stands out. Medication is only a temp fix. Healing must come from within, and that is never easy. Greg
