THE ERNST
The seriousness of dawn hung on the tree
want 'finally, is the From, bad dream
it was always so close
death, which once gave birth to the deadly serious earnest.
Only seriously, much troubled to death
Ernst has practiced early death
He was deathly pale but quite often
of coffins because he loved that
But one day tellin 'A laid
that was so beautiful and not even as a corpse very hard
they also did in death 'still very dreamy and tender smile
as he put it on his ring, and kissed her, as she began to pant.
Once death had wiedergebor'n him for his love as a reward
but the seriousness was verlor'n his life through grief
but he made? ? a pact with death
he should live when he married, until sunset.
Degree 'as he tied the rope itself, the mishap happened to him
the Wachgeküsste returned grateful to wake him back
because when he was hanging almost, he saw her, with her head in the creepers'
and they stood and gave him the wedding ring '
The joy made? ? him stagger and he fell screaming from the chair
and deathly pale floated a moment only about the Kuhl `
Then, when the branch broke even when he hung
he recognized meaning of life in the ring.
He took heart and courted his Traute Funny
that still asked whether he loved her, he charged the seriousness: `I just consciously's
Then she began to laugh, but he was saved from death
and was very soft bed in her arms.

A poem that celebrates the phases of life and disaster. A good poem indeed.
